Creating a whole food platter

What is the one thing we all love when we gather for an event, party or a night together with the gals? Platters! With the festive season just around the corner I thought it was perfect timing to create a little guide for you.

Platters have always been a great way to entertain, we put together delicious snack foods and there is something for everyone! Unfortunately sometimes we may have food intolerances to certain things like gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs and even some other random foods.

When I first started my health journey and cleaning up my diet I found it hard to feel included. I couldn’t have dairy (goodbye cheese!!) and I started steering away from the processed meats etc.

I wanted to create this guide for you because I don’t want you to feel left out, I want you to be able to make a platter that excites you and not just some boring carrot sticks and hummus.(not that they aren’t good options!)

Jess from Two Paddocks is our local grazing specialist and she has shared her top fav’s and some recipes for you to see that a whole food and gluten free platter can be amaze balls and you will see your platter is the one your guests will be eating from!
