For me it was to reset both mind and body and wow the results physically and mentally blew me away!

 

 I really enjoyed the 7 days with the two phases; fasting then reintroducing clean food . My body responded incredible well, besides the caffeine withdrawals and slight feeling of being light headed. Once food was reintroduce I fell in love with legumes and beans for lunch, something I’ll now keep up!
